Pneumatic actuator
Pneumatic actuators are used for the mechanical opening and closing of various types of equipment, such as dampers, butterfly valves, ball valves, industrial machines and furnaces, burners, heating devices. Pneumatic actuators are air-operated and utilize the differential pressure compared to atmospheric pressure. The energy thus obtained is converted into mechanical motion depending on the type, or the setting of the pneumatic actuator for slow or fast rotation or shifting to the closed or open position.
Pneumatic actuators are highly powerful, reliable, and compact units with fast or slow 90° rotation. They are manufactured in both single-acting and double-acting versions. In addition to the standard manufacturing process, actuators can also be produced with ± 5% stroke adjustment, 180° rotation, and three closing positions (closed, open, half-open). Suitable for use with ball valves, butterfly valves, threads, and dampers.
